We understand the complexities faced when fitting an asymmetrical human body to a piece of equipment that is unforgiving and linear. Our bike fitting process is completely rider focused, enabling us to fully understand the individual skeletal makeup, functional limitations and resultant movement patterns. This eliminates the guesswork and assumptive nature of fitting, ultimately guiding our decision making process around how we optimise your position. Some of the key areas we focus on are finding stability and balanced weight distribution at each of the contact points (saddle, pedals and bars) in combination with assessing the ‘quality’ of pedalling motion.
Our sole objective is to maximise your comfort and efficiency, whilst minimising the risk of injury. We are proud to be independent, offering brand neutral, honest advice.
“Nicky was recommended to me as I was having persistent saddle discomfort, and after the fifth saddle purchase I was considering giving up. I only wish I had seen her sooner, as it wasn’t even the saddle that was the problem! After a very detailed assessment of my body, a restriction in one of my hips was found to be the cause of the problem. An adjustment to my shoe plates, saddle height and handlebars completely resolved the issue. I can’t recommend Nicky enough.”
